How long will it take to get my order?
We are a small business and as such a small team, but we try to send out all orders within 3 working days or order date. You will receive email updates once your order is shipped and shipping usually takes 2-3 working days.
Can I return my online order?
For online purchases, your statutory rights apply. You are entitled to return an item within 14 days of receipt.Please contact us at hello@positive-retail.comto arrange this.
Do you have a size guide?
We have a generic size guide HERE - however, as we are a resale business the sizings will vary from brand to brand. If you are unsure of your size you should consult the brands own website for their individual sizing guide.
