Our gift cards can be used online or in any of our Positive Retail stores, so they can shop our carefully curated selection of premium, end-of-season and deadstock fashion, all chosen with sustainability in mind.

Gift cards have an expiry date of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is £4.95 and added at checkout.

We accept returns but the cost of postage to return to us is the customers responsibility, unless an item is damaged or faulty.

We really hope you love your item and don't need to return it! but if you do - please email hello@positive-retail.com to register a return.

How long will it take to get my order?

We are a small business and as such a small team, but we try to send out all orders within 3 working days or order date. You will receive email updates once your order is shipped and shipping usually takes 2-3 working days.

Can I return my online order?

For online purchases, your statutory rights apply. You are entitled to return an item within 14 days of receipt.Please contact us at hello@positive-retail.comto arrange this.

Do you have a size guide?

We have a generic size guide HERE - however, as we are a resale business the sizings will vary from brand to brand. If you are unsure of your size you should consult the brands own website for their individual sizing guide.
