We are seeking a passionate retail changemaker to lead our Deal store!

Recently voted a 'high street' disruptor by Vogue Business, we are making waves and need somebody to take the reins of our Deal high street store to drive our next wave of disruption!

This good egg will be fully responsible for embodying our mission on the shop floor with customers, representing the brands we partner with, and driving the store's trade.

The role requires weekend work, a thirst for making change for the better and a spirit of initiative.

If you have retail experience, understand how to manage a store and humans, know your premium products, and love what we are doing, please get in touch.

• 2-3days/week (the Deal store is open Friday-Sunday)
• Salary circa £25k pro rata
• Requirement to come to HQ in Margate occasionally for stock package and trade meetings
• Ideally this role would suit someone with a vehicle.
