We aim to process and post your order within 2-4 working days and we currently ship to the UK.

Refunds / Exchanges – in store

We are a resale business, offering a curated mix of branded surplus, samples (which may not include wash care labels), and pre-loved clothing.

In our physical stores, we operate a strict no returns policy, which is clearly displayed at every till point. The wording is as follows:
"Please note: All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Please make use of our fitting rooms. Enjoy your surplus swag"

For online purchases, your statutory rights apply. You are entitled to return an item within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at hello@positive-retail.com to arrange this.
